The newest release introduces a safer way to receive support, improvements to Transaction Overview and several smaller updates that make Addo Sign easier to manage.
Get support while keeping control of your account
At Addo Sign, the security of our customers and their data is always a priority. That’s why we continuously look for ways to strengthen security across the platform – including how our support team can help when something needs to be investigated.
Sometimes, the best way for our support team to troubleshoot an issue is to see what you see. With our new secure support access, authorised Addo Sign support staff can request temporary access to your user account when they need to investigate an issue.
You stay in control throughout the process. Before access is granted, you can see who is requesting access, why they need it and how long access will be available.
Once approved, access is:
- Temporary – access automatically expires after the approved period.
- Revocable – you can revoke access at any time.
- Audited – activity performed during the support session is recorded in the audit trail.
This gives our support team the access they need to resolve issues, while ensuring that you remain in control of your account and that support activity is transparent and traceable.
Smaller improvements
This release also includes several smaller updates and improvements designed to make Addo Sign easier to use and manage.
Security is not something we consider a finished task. As Addo Sign evolves, we continuously improve the platform to help protect your documents, data and account. We believe security should be transparent, which is why we share more about our approach to security, privacy and compliance in our Trust Center.
Something big is coming
This is just one of the latest improvements to Addo Sign. We’re also getting ready to reveal something much bigger – and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.
Stay tuned. Something exciting is coming very soon.
