Our latest release makes it easier to understand your credit usage, compare subscription options and find the plan that offers the best value for your needs.

We’ve also improved Addo Forms with a range of updates that make it easier to create forms, manage layouts, reuse content and collect the information you need.

Find the right subscription for your needs

Not sure whether Starter or a subscription is the best fit for you? You can now get personalised guidance directly in Payment & Plans, based on how you actually use Addo.

Addo shows your historical monthly credit consumption and average usage, including activity from subaccounts. You can then compare the expected cost of staying on Starter with the available subscription plans.

The comparison takes both the subscription price and any additional credits you’re expected to need into account. If a subscription is expected to save you at least 5% compared with Starter, Addo highlights the most cost-effective option as Recommended.

You can also compare monthly and yearly subscriptions. The calculations automatically adjust to your selected billing period and account currency.

This makes it easier to understand your costs and choose a plan that matches your usage, without having to work out the numbers yourself.

Compare subscriptions before buying more credits

You can now get the same guidance when purchasing additional Starter credits.

Before completing your purchase, Addo can show you a subscription alternative based on the credit package you’re about to buy. This helps you understand whether switching to a subscription could offer better value, with lower credit costs, more predictable expenses and automatic credit renewal.

You’re always in control. You can continue with your original credit purchase or go directly to the subscription checkout.

See how many credits you have available

Starter customers can now see their available credit balance directly in Payment & Plans.

The balance accounts for credits already reserved or consumed by active transactions, giving you a clearer picture of what you can use for new transactions.

If your balance becomes negative, Addo highlights this and explains when additional credits are needed. You can then go directly to the available credit packages to top up your balance.

Together, these improvements make it easier to manage your credits, understand your costs and decide when a subscription makes sense.

Get started with your first signing faster

New to Addo Sign? Your first signing transaction is now easier to get started with.

If you haven’t created a transaction yet, Addo takes you directly to Send > New signing instead of showing an empty Dashboard.

A simple signing template is selected automatically, so you can start preparing your first transaction straight away. You can still choose another template if you prefer.

Once you’ve created your first transaction, the Dashboard becomes your usual starting point.

A better experience with Addo Forms

This release brings several improvements to Addo Forms, making everyday form creation and management more intuitive and flexible.

Find and manage forms more easily

The Forms overview has been redesigned to follow the same design and interaction patterns as the Transaction Overview.

The result is a more consistent experience across Addo, with improved styling, spacing, column behaviour and responsive layouts.

Forms are now sorted by Last edited by default, so the forms you’ve worked on most recently appear first.

You can also access form actions more easily. Hover over or select a form to see the available actions, or right-click to open the contextual menu. Frequently used actions, such as previewing a form, are available directly without having to open a separate menu.

Create forms with the right settings from the start

Creating a new empty form now opens the Create new form experience.

Before entering the Form Builder, you can set the form name, group and respondent language. This helps you get the basic configuration right before you start building.

The selected language is also communicated correctly to the respondent’s browser, helping browser features and translation tools recognise the intended language of the form.

Build layouts with more control

Form Managers can now set column widths directly as percentages, making it easier to create layouts that suit your content.

When you adjust one column, the remaining available space is automatically redistributed between the other columns. Each column maintains a minimum width of 15%.

Columns are also labelled Column 1, Column 2, Column 3 and so on, making more complex layouts easier to understand and configure.

We’ve also made the default appearance of input fields more consistent. Text Input, Text Area, Number Input and Date Input components now share consistent default heights and vertical alignment.

Include attachments with completed forms

You can now add attachments to a form under Form Settings > Respondent > Attachments.

These attachments can be distributed together with the completed form. If signing is enabled, you can also configure individual attachments to require a signature as part of the signing transaction.

The total attachment limit for a form is 500 MB.

This makes it easier to include supporting documents in your form workflows and collect the required information and signatures in one process.

Make corrections before completing signing

Respondents now have more flexibility if they need to correct information after moving from a public form to the signing process.

Until signing has been completed or rejected, respondents can return to the form using their browser’s back button or by reopening the same public form link.

Their previous answers are restored, allowing them to make corrections before continuing to signing again. Any changes are automatically reflected in the document presented for signing.

This helps respondents correct mistakes without having to start the form from scratch.

Display calculator results in the right format

Calculator components can now display results as a Number, Percentage or Currency.

This gives Form Managers greater control over how calculated values are presented to respondents, whether you’re displaying totals, rates or monetary amounts.

Recognise reusable content at a glance

Custom Components and Custom Sections now have distinct visual identities throughout Addo Forms.

Custom Components use green, while Custom Sections use purple. Their colours and icons are applied consistently across builders, side panels and overviews.

This makes it easier to distinguish reusable content from standard form elements when building and maintaining forms.

If reusable content is unlinked, it automatically returns to the standard styling for a component or section.

Navigate Form Settings more easily

We’ve simplified navigation within Form Settings by replacing the icon tiles in the side menu with straightforward text labels.

This creates a clearer distinction between configuration options and the components you use to build a form, making the Form Builder easier to navigate.

Making everyday tasks easier

Our latest release helps you make more informed decisions about your subscription, understand your available credits and get started with digital signing faster.

Addo Forms also gives you more control over layouts, attachments and calculations, while making it easier to manage forms and help respondents complete them correctly.

These improvements are part of our ongoing work to make Addo Sign easier to use, with less friction in the tasks you carry out every day.
