Subcontractors and collaborators
At Addo Sign, we prioritize the secure handling of our customers' data in accordance with GDPR. It is important that both the data's location and the selection of subcontractors, who also act as subprocessors, comply with these regulations. This article outlines the subcontractors/subprocessors we utilize.
The list of subcontractors and collaborators will be updated in case of any changes.
Some of our subcontractors will serve as our subprocessors. We have established subprocessor agreements with all of them, imposing the same data protection obligations on subprocessors as outlined in the data processing agreements between our customers and us.
Regarding transfers to the USA: We have ensured that transfers to the USA either occur with recipients certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or with recipients for whom a transfer agreement based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses has been established.
