To strengthen security and comply with GDPR, we are introducing an important change to the address book in Addo Sign. From now on, the address book will be personalized for each user. This means that your contacts are only visible to you and not to other users. This ensures that information about recipients is always treated confidentially and correctly.
At the same time, the address book gets a visual and functional boost, making it easier to get an overview and maintain contacts. We look forward to giving you an even better and more secure experience when you send documents with Addo Sign. If you have any questions, we are of course ready to help.
The change will be implemented at the end of November.
What is the address book?
The address book is a completely optional feature that is particularly useful if you often send documents to the same people through Addo Sign. Instead of entering the contact information each time, you can insert the recipient directly from the address book, saving time and avoiding errors.
