Smarter Forms, personalised subscription and even more smoother user experience

This release brings new ways to create flexible forms, guide respondents through conditional questions and generate cleaner PDFs. We have also made it easier to manage subscriptions and improved the experience when working with contacts.

Addo Forms

More flexible forms with prefilled data

You can now hide sections from respondents while still using their fields for prefilled data and conditional logic. This makes it easier to tailor forms to individual respondents and show only the information and questions relevant to them.

You can also limit checkbox, radio button and dropdown options to those provided through prefilled data. This is particularly useful when available choices depend on a customer's existing products or agreements.

A clearer experience for respondents

Conditional forms are now easier to follow. You can display follow-up questions directly beneath the selected option and automatically guide respondents to newly revealed content.

This helps respondents understand which questions relate to their answers and where to continue, creating a smoother form-filling experience across devices.

Easier form configuration

We have improved the Form Builder to make configuration more straightforward. Integration settings are now grouped in a dedicated tab, and clearer guidance helps you configure selection options and dependencies.

You can also specify which fields must be prefilled before a form can be sent, and duplicated rows in the Custom Section Builder now retain their dependency rules.

More consistent PDF output

Generated PDFs now more closely match the form preview, with improved spacing and fewer unnecessary page breaks. The result is cleaner, more compact documents that are easier to read and share.

Reuse custom form components

You can now export custom sections and components as JSON files, including their configuration and structure. This makes it easier to retain, transfer and reuse custom form content.

Addo Workspace

Personalised subscription recommendations

Starter account administrators can now receive subscription recommendations based on their account's usage.

When a more suitable plan is identified, Addo Sign highlights potential savings, more predictable costs and the automatic renewal of included credits. You can go directly to Payment & Plans to explore the recommendation.

Recommendations can also be delivered through the Notification Centre and email.

Keep your add-ons when upgrading

When upgrading from a Starter account to a paid subscription, your existing add-ons are now retained automatically. Applicable recurring charges are included in your new subscription, so you can continue using your existing services without setting them up again.

Improved contact editing

We have improved the Address Book experience. If a contact cannot be saved because information is missing or invalid, you will now see a validation message explaining what needs to be corrected.

This makes it easier to resolve issues and save contact details successfully.
