About IMS Case

IMS Case by Visma is an electronic case and document management solution (ESDH system) used to manage and handle documents and cases in public and private organisations. The solution is designed to facilitate document management, journalising and process management in connection with case processing. For this reason, the solution is also particularly relevant for schools and institutions.

The integration's functionality is particularly relevant for contracts, approvals, board minutes and other documents that require the signature of one or more parties. To use the solution, you need an account with Addo Sign.

How the integration works

  1. The document to be signed is prepared or uploaded in IMS Case.

  2. Recipients are added, and the document is sent for signature via Addo Sign.

  3. Recipients are notified by email or SMS and guided through a simple and secure signing process.

  4. Once all documents have been signed, they are automatically archived in IMS Case, and the signatories receive a copy.
