Send documents securely and confidentially
In Addo Sign, Secure File Transfer allows you to send sensitive files to a recipient in the same way as sending a document for digital signing – but without requiring a signature.
It is typically used when you need to share personal or confidential documents (e.g., HR files, contracts, sick leave information, or financial data) where regular email is not secure enough.
Secure delivery
Files are sent via trusted channels such as e-Boks, Mit.dk, Digital Post, or an encrypted download portal.
Access control
Decide who gets access and for how long the link remains valid.
eID protection
Protect access with BankID, MitID, SMS codes, or other two-factor authentication.
Traceability
Full logging ensures you can document when and by whom the file was received.
Receipt confirmation
No signature required – it’s pure secure sharing. But you can still see when the file has been received.
