Addo Sign Credits – How Pricing and Payments Work

With Addo Sign Credits, you get a flexible way to pay for electronic signatures. You pay based on your actual usage when documents are signed or when you use selected additional services.

What are Credits in Addo Sign?

Credits work as a digital currency in Addo Sign. When a document is signed, Credits are deducted from your account.

The number of Credits used depends, among other things, on the signing method you choose. A screen signature (Touch signing) always costs one Credit, while eID signatures such as MitID may require a different number of Credits depending on external fees.

This gives you a flexible solution where your usage reflects the way you use Addo Sign.

How much does an electronic signature with Addo Sign cost?

The cost depends on the signing method you choose.

With Touch signing, you pay one Credit per signature. For electronic identification and signing with an eID such as MitID, the number of Credits used may vary.

You can always view your current Credit balance directly in Addo Sign.

How to buy Credits in Addo Sign

Once you are logged in to Addo Sign, click the gear icon in the top-right corner and then select "Subscription and Credits" from the menu on the left.

You can also click directly on your Credit balance in the top menu. This will take you to the page where you can view your usage and purchase additional Credits.

Pay-as-you-go or subscription?

If you only need electronic signatures occasionally, you can choose pay-as-you-go. Credit packages start from just 10 Credits, making it a flexible option for smaller or varying needs.

If you frequently send documents for electronic signature, an Addo Sign subscription may offer better value.

If you start with pay-as-you-go and later want to switch to a subscription, simply contact us and we will help you find the right solution.

Monthly or annual payment?

With an Addo Sign subscription, you can choose between monthly and annual payment for your Credits.

With monthly payment, your Credits are renewed each month along with your payment.

With annual payment, you receive all your Credits at once, ready to use whenever you need them. This can be particularly useful if the number of documents you send for electronic signature varies throughout the year.
