Welcome to Andreas Valentin, who has joined us as Sales Operations Specialist. Andreas joins us from Wolt, where he worked on developing and optimising sales processes. At Addo Sign, he will take on a Nordic role, helping strengthen the way we work with systems, data and processes across our markets, giving our sales and marketing teams an even stronger foundation for success.

There is a lot that needs to work behind the scenes when sales and marketing collaborate. Customer enquiries need to be followed up, data needs to be reliable, and systems need to make everyday work easier for everyone – regardless of which Nordic market they operate in.

These are some of the areas Andreas will focus on at Addo Sign. He will play an important role in our work with solutions, sales follow-up and reporting across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. He will also contribute to developing and improving our shared sales processes.

Experience from Wolt's growth journey

Andreas has been part of Wolt on several occasions, working across operations, CRM and sales processes. He originally joined the company in 2017 and helped build workflows in a fast-growing organisation.

Among other things, he built a CRM system for onboarding thousands of courier partners and helped coordinate Wolt's launch in several Danish cities. Most recently, as Sales Operations Manager, he worked on improving lead quality, sales processes and collaboration between local and international teams.

He now brings this experience to Addo Sign, where he will work closely with colleagues across sales and marketing throughout the Nordics.

Turning insights into better sales performance

Part of Andreas' role will also involve helping us identify the customer segments where our solutions are most relevant and exploring how we can reach them effectively across our different markets.

This is where his experience in market analysis, reporting and CRM will come into play. He will help give our Nordic teams a stronger foundation for prioritising activities, gaining a clearer overview and understanding what works.

We look forward to working together. Welcome to the team, Andreas!
