Increased value for employees and customers

The implementation of Addo Sign has given the Danish trade union, Lederne, a more agile and modern handling of signature processes across the organization. The time from document preparation to final approval has been significantly reduced, and employees as well as members experience a more simple, flexible and user-friendly process. At the same time, the solution supports the organization's ambitions for sustainability and resource optimization.

Streamlining signature processes

Previously, signature processes relied on physical handling and printing, which created bottlenecks and increased the risk of errors. Digitalization has removed unnecessary steps and made the process much more efficient.

Sustainability in focus

The managers' previous contract management solution had limitations that made the signing part inflexible. Addo Sign allowed for an agile and scalable solution that could be adapted to the needs of the organization.

The lack of a digital solution made it difficult for members who didn't have access to a printer. With Addo Sign, documents can now be signed at any time and from any device.

"Our members don't always have access to a printer, so the digital signature has made a huge difference for everyone."

Increased value for employees and customers

Addo Sign fits in well with Lederne's values. Sustainability in particular is high on the organization's agenda, and Addo Sign fits in perfectly, says Susanne Harstad.

"It's a very sustainable product that helps us achieve some internal goals, so we've put a lot of emphasis on that in terms of spreading it throughout the organization. We save a lot of time, reduce CO2 for printing, save paper and thus reduce waste, and we are big fans of that."

Addo Sign has quickly spread to the various departments in Lederene, and Susanne Harstad has been at the forefront when it comes to bringing it to their partners and suppliers.

"I regularly encourage my colleagues to offer our suppliers who send us something for signature that we can send the material for digital signature. Of course, it costs us some credits, but if we can help our suppliers think about sustainable solutions and save a lot of time, it's a good investment for us," says Susanne Harstad.

Lederne has also achieved higher customer satisfaction since implementing Addo Sign.

"We didn't have anything resembling a digital signature solution before I started. The integration with our Contract Management system was a bit too inflexible, so it was welcome that twoday came up with an offer that suited our needs. After an efficient dialog with Addo Sign, the solution was implemented in just 14 days."
