Automatically retrieves missing information

With the contract templates in Elvium you can quickly draw up contracts where all fields are ready for filling in.

If you need more information, a form will automatically be sent to the candidate and their immediate manager for them to fill in. Simple, quick and secure.

Automatic signature flow

Once all the information is in place, the contract is generated and sent for approval. If everything is as it should be, just press send. After that, everything happens automatically.

The contract is sent for signature to both parties and they can sign directly on the screen. The signed document is automatically returned and archived.
