Introducing Addo Vault and Design Updates
We are absolutely excited to introduce this update to you; it includes features that make it even easier to use and leverage the benefits of Addo Sign. The features are available from October 19th, 2023.
With Addo Vault enabled your everyday life will be simplified. Addo Vault secures all your signed documents and stores them inside Addo Sign. You no longer need to download them within 10 days. Addo Vault is included in all subscriptions: Addo 10, Addo 50, and Addo 100+.
All you have to do is go into the administration of your account and activate it. If you have an Addo Starter account but want to upgrade to a subscription so you can benefit from Addo Vault, please contact us.
Signing Job Details
The signing detail window has been redesigned and is now much easier to understand. Besides information regarding each signer, you are also able to open the sending detail window and see information about the overall signing job.
Automatically Archive Contracts
When Addo Vault is enabled in your Addo 10, Addo 50, or Addo 100+ subscription, all signed documents will be safely stored in Addo Sign. You will never lose your documents and always know where they are. No need to spend time on archiving processes; with Addo Vault you get auto-archiving.
See Credits Used
As you know, each signing job is related to certain costs calculated in credits. Standard touch signing costs one credit, and you can pay more credits for additional features. It's now very easy to get a detailed overview of how many credits you have used for each signing job and each signer.
Notes for You and Your Colleagues
You are now able to write an internal note inside each signing job. This can be used to make a note regarding something related to the signing job, either for yourself or your colleagues. This was a big request from our users and it makes perfect sense.
Questions and Answers
When sending a document for signing, questions can be added. This is all set up in the template used inside Addo Sign. Answers are then collected in a PDF document and sent to you as the sender. But now, you are also able to see all the answers inside the signer detail tab.
