Addo Starter does not include credits used for signatures. Instead, pay-as-you-go credit packages are purchased. In the Addo 10, 50, and 100 subscriptions, a fixed number of credits are included, which can be used within the selected billing period (monthly or annually).

It’s not a problem. If you use more than what is included in your subscription, we’ll send an invoice for the usage that exceeds what is included in your subscription.

Signing credits are used to pay for the services you use. eg. 1 touch-signing is one credit and for most eID signings the price is 1,25 credit.

Unlimited. You can send unlimited documents and attachments. But use your signings when a receiver signs one of your documents.

If a recipient needs to sign multiple documents, there is a charge for each signature. However, by using the 'Sign all documents with one signature' feature, the recipient signs all received documents with a single signature, and therefore, there is no charge for multiple signatures.

It's easy. Log in on your Addo Sign account and press the settings icon and choose "Buy credits".

You can buy packages of 10, 50, 100, 500, 1.000. The more you buy, the cheaper each signing becomes. However, please note that signing credits expire 12 months after the latest purchase.

Of course. You can unsubscribe from your subscription up to the day before we renew for the next payment period.
