* Signatures purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis expire 12 months after the last purchase. An email notification will be sent before the expiration date. If a new purchase is made, the expiration deadline will be extended by 12 months from the purchase date for the total credit amount in the account.

Good to know before you
choose a subscription

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Addo Starter includes 10 touch signatures (10 credits), which you can use to send and sign documents yourself.

What is the difference between Addo Starter and subscriptions?

Addo Starter does not include credits used for signatures. Instead, pay-as-you-go credit packages are purchased. In the Addo 10, 50, and 100 subscriptions, a fixed number of credits are included, which can be used within the selected billing period (monthly or annually).

If you have a recurring need to send documents for signature, a subscription is always the most cost-effective solution.

Do signers need an account?

No. Only the sender of a contract needs an Addo Sign account.

Can we share one subscription at my company?

Yes. All subscriptions include unlimited users, and it is easy to create and manage users and permissions.

 

Additionally, we offer Single Sign-On with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, so the company can easily manage user access to Addo Sign.

Do I really need a subscription? I just want to send a few documents.

If you only have a few documents to send and get signed, you don't need to buy a subscription. Create an Addo Starter account and purchase 10 credits; then you’ll have everything you need to get a few documents signed.

What if I use more signings than are included in my subscription?

It’s not a problem. If you use more than what is included in your subscription, we’ll send an invoice for the usage that exceeds what is included in your subscription.

What is meant by signatures included in the subscription?

Numbers of signing credits included in the subscription.

 

Signing credits are used to pay for the services you use. eg. 1 touch-signing is one credit and for most eID signings the price is 1,25 credit.

How many documents can I send?

Unlimited. You can send unlimited documents and attachments. But use your signings when a receiver signs one of your documents.

Save money when multiple documents need to be signed.

If a recipient needs to sign multiple documents, there is a charge for each signature. However, by using the 'Sign all documents with one signature' feature, the recipient signs all received documents with a single signature, and therefore, there is no charge for multiple signatures.

How do I buy signings for my Addo Starter account?

It's easy. Log in on your Addo Sign account and press the settings icon and choose "Buy credits".

 

You can buy packages of 10, 50, 100, 500, 1.000. The more you buy, the cheaper each signing becomes. However, please note that signing credits expire 12 months after the latest purchase.

Can I unsubscribe from my subscription?

Of course. You can unsubscribe from your subscription up to the day before we renew for the next payment period.
