The new Addo Forms gives you the tools to build forms that do more than collect information.
You can use conditional visibility and dependencies to adapt the form based on a respondent’s answers, add calculations and repeatable sections, prefill information and validate data as it is entered.
Forms also supports file uploads, structured response data, custom validation messages and data mapping for use in downstream processes and integrations.
This means you can digitise processes that would otherwise rely on PDFs, emails, spreadsheets or custom-developed forms.
One of the key differences between Addo Forms and a standalone form builder is what happens after a form has been completed.
Addo Forms is connected to the wider Addo platform, allowing collected information to move directly into the next step of the process.

Templates are available in English, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish. The selected language also determines the system-generated text shown to respondents.

Managing different versions of a form is now safer and more intuitive.
You can publish an earlier version without accidentally losing unpublished changes. If you have made changes to your current version, you can save them as a new version before publishing another version – or deliberately discard them.
The version management experience has also been simplified with clearer publishing options.
The Calculator component has been improved to make formulas easier to configure and maintain.
Operators and available Number components are easier to access, while improved validation helps prevent errors in formulas. You can also control rounding and the number of decimal places displayed in calculation results.
Currency results now follow the formatting used by Currency Number Input components.
When a form creates a signing transaction, the form name is now used as the transaction reference.
This makes it easier to identify which form a transaction originated from when working with your transactions in Addo.
Long form names are automatically shortened to keep the reference clear and manageable.
This release is more than a collection of new features. It introduces a new foundation for how Addo Forms will evolve going forward.
