Unik, a Danish software company providing solutions for the property and financial sectors, has entered into a new partnership with Addo Sign. The partnership gives Unik’s customers the option to use Addo Sign as a digital signing service directly through Unik’s solutions.
The new integration allows documents to be sent for digital signature as a natural part of the workflows companies already manage in Unik. This gives businesses using Unik’s solutions an additional option for digital signing, whether as an alternative to or alongside their existing signing service.
The partnership also provides access to several of Addo Sign’s digital services, including digital forms, KYC services and digital document distribution.
With the new integration, Unik’s customers can use Addo Sign to send documents for digital signature without having to establish separate workflows or switch between systems.
Documents can be sent for signature using MitID and other supported eID solutions, while signing, status tracking and documentation are managed digitally throughout the process.
For companies already using Unik’s solutions, this provides greater flexibility in how they manage digital signing and document workflows.
Digital signing is just one part of what the partnership between Unik and Addo Sign makes possible.
In addition to digital signing, Addo Sign offers digital forms, KYC services and digital distribution options. These services can help companies digitise multiple stages of a document process – from collecting information and verifying identities to obtaining signatures and distributing documents.
This creates opportunities to bring several document-related and customer-facing processes together rather than managing each step through separate solutions.
Integrations are playing an increasingly important role in the digitisation of administrative processes. When different services can work together, companies can automate more processes and reduce the number of manual steps involved.
For Unik’s customers, the integration means that Addo Sign’s services can become part of their existing workflows. This can be particularly relevant for businesses looking to combine digital signing with digital forms, KYC or document distribution.
Rather than introducing separate solutions for each part of the process, companies can combine the services that best fit their specific needs.
“The partnership with Unik is a great example of how integrations can make digital services more accessible within the systems companies already use.”
Anders Boysen, Addo Sign
The partnership between Unik and Addo Sign contributes to a more connected digital ecosystem, where businesses can combine specialised services with the software platforms they already rely on.
For Unik’s customers, the integration is therefore not only about gaining access to an additional digital signing service. It also creates new opportunities to connect and digitise document-related processes across the customer journey.
The integration can continue to evolve as businesses’ needs for digital document processes, identity verification and automated workflows develop.
